Step 1

Prepare Meat (of your choice)

Wash and pat excess water until dry with paper towel. Trim excess fat.

Step 2 Lay meat on a sheet of foil, for seasoning.

Step 3

Seasons needed: Lemon Pepper, Paprika, Barbecue Seasoning, Garlic Salt, Cinnamon Sugar, Seasoning Salt,

Other Ingredients: (4) Lemons, Italian Dressing

Season meat with all seasonings (according to your taste).

Use your clean hands to rub seasons on the meat until the meat is covered.

Place meat in a deep pan.

Squeeze the juice of two lemons over meat, pour one bottle of Italian dressing over the meat then lay lemons on the meat.

Cover with foil and let marinate over night in the refrigerator.

Meat will be ready to cook on grill

***Tender Liquid: (optional)

Mix 1 quart of bottled water- with 1/3 cup of Vinegar.

Use to tenderize meat during cooking.
